This role involves working with leads, qualifying the opportunity, establishing the value of our technology and driving the sales process to closure. Target accounts range from medium size to large organizations across different verticals and different geographies. It is a dynamic role that fits high energy, collaborative and smart salespeople. You will be working at our Rockville, MD office.

Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal communication skills is a must, as is the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent understanding of the Cloud market
  • Good command of Cloud technology and technology in general
  • Familiarity with Cloud Collaboration and Communication technologies is highly desirable
  • 7+ years of selling technology products or services to businesses
  • Comfortable with selling to C level executives
  • Strong interest in pursuing a sales career with the ability to meet and exceed goals and expectations
  • Strong desire to participate in company growth and success
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a startup team environment

Do you have limitless energy, tenacity and love the thrill of the hunt? This is an entry level position focused on supporting the Sales and Marketing team on both outbound and inbound demand creation tactics for the company’s fast-growing cloud solutions business. This role involves fielding incoming leads, researching companies and contacts, digging up new leads, inbound and outbound campaigns, and qualifying each opportunity. It is a dynamic role that fits high energy, collaborative and smart salespeople. You will be working at our Rockville, MD office.

Responsibilities
  • Reach out to prospects identified through lead generation activities
  • Generate qualified leads primarily through calling campaigns
  • Gather intelligence about the accounts you are assigned to input into CRM
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Understand how to navigate a CRM system to gain insights and record activity
  • Provide data and quantitative analysis on lead quality to help improve lead acquisition
  • Participate in marketing and lead generation email campaigns
  • Develop your sales skills and learn the optimal sales process
Qualifications

  • Previous experience in cold calling, sales, customer service, or other related fields

Position Summary: Configures, implements, and demonstrates software products to administrators and end-users. The implementation cycle includes requirements validation, internal testing, and guiding clients through user-acceptance to go-live status.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform initial setup calls with clients to outline expectations for the software setup/on-boarding process
  2. Execute on-boarding and setup tasks for new clients, including configuring accounts, portals, workflows, and coordinating or delivering training,
  3. Project manage new client implementations via email, phone, chat, conferencing, and web-based tools
  4. Track onboarding tasks against a schedule and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure goals are met
  5. Provide excellent customer support and simple debugging
  6. communicate technical information to non-technical professionals
  7. Demonstrate and present products in support of pre-sales activities
Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years prior experience providing customer support, onboarding, or training on a Software-as-a-Service product, preferably with Collaboration, Communication, and Cloud based email
  2. Excellent communication skills and ability to foster strong client relationships
  3. Impeccable attention to detail, particularly with written communications
  4. Exceptional organizational skills that allow you to work under strict deadlines and quickly prioritize tasks
  5. Demonstrated effective presentation skills
  6. Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  7. Ability to act as a champion for a corporate culture of product and customer satisfaction
  8. Professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude
  9. Ability to work alone or in groups with some direction
  10. Ability to manage multiple tasks for multiple projects
  11. Desired: knowledge of database applications, relational database structures, and MS Access
  12. Desired: working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  13. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
