HyperOffice is Finalist in American Business Awards


Stevie is third industry award since April for web-based collaboration and communication software

  ROCKVILLE, MD. (PRWEB) May 20, 2008 - HyperOffice today announced it is a finalist in 2008 American Business Awards, also known as the Stevie Awards.

This is the third industry award for HyperOffice since April. HyperOffice's collaboration software for the iPhone took third place in the third annual AT&T Fast-Pitch Contest for Enterprise Solutions. HyperOffice was also named a finalist in the Software CEO 2008 Software Innovation Awards administered by the Computer Technology Industry Association (CompTIA).

In the Stevie Awards, HyperOffice is nominated in the 'Best New Product or Service - Computer Services' category. The Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint alternative was the only online intranet collaboration software to be nominated in this category.

The Stevie Awards are the only national, all-encompassing awards program honoring great performances in business. More than 2,600 entries were submitted for consideration in more than 40 categories. Finalists were selected by business professionals nationwide during more than five weeks of preliminary judging. Stevie winners will be announced during a gala event 12 June in New York.
