Board of Directors

Mr. Frank A. Adams - Mr.�Adams was appointed to the board of directors in March�2000 as a designee of the Grotech Capital. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Grotech Capital Group, which he co-founded in August�1984. Mr. Adams has served as President of the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association since July�1985. He has served on the board of directors of a number of technology companies including USInternetworking, Inc., Thunderbird Technologies, Inc. and EPIC Therapeutics, Inc.

Mr. Kamiar Kaviani � Kamyar Kaviani has been a director since May 1999. Mr. Kaviani previously served as Executive Vice President of V-Campus, Inc. after its acquisition of HTR, Inc. in October1997. Prior to such acquisition, Mr. Kaviani co-founded HTR in 1987 and has served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since that time. Mr. Kaviani holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Patrick J. Kerins � Mr. Kerins was appointed to the board of directors in May�2000 as a designee of the Grotech Capital. He is a Managing Director of Grotech Capital Group, which he joined in 1997. Prior to joining Grotech, Mr. Kerins was an investment banker with Alex. Brown & Sons for nearly 10 years specializing in high-tech companies. Prior to joining Alex. Brown & Sons he was a consultant in the high technology practice of McKinsey & Co.

Mr. Drew E. Morris � Mr. Morris is the co-founder of the Company and currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer of the Company.

Mr. Shervin K. Pishevar - Mr. Pishevar is the co-founder of the Company and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the CEO of the Company.
