Why did my session expire?

Login sessions expire for two reasons.

For your security, your HyperOffice session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity to ensure that a user that has closed the browser without logging out does not leave it open to an intruder.

We do, however, allow your session to remain alive indefinitely if HyperOffice remains open by using a seperate "keep-alive" process to let the server know you are still logged in.

If you were still logged into hyperoffice when you got this message one of the following events occurred:

1. Your network connection failed and HyperOffice was unable to recieve your "keep-alive" message.
   
   
2. You logged out of HyperOffice in another browser window
