You can open a message from your email folders. When your message is opened, you can Forward the message, Reply to the message, or move the message into an email folder. New email you receive appear in the Inbox.
To open a message, follow these steps:
From the My Email page, locate the message you want to open.
Click the message to open it.
The message appears in a new window.
