You can create a new project for any of your groups. You can also start assigning tasks to the project.
To create a new project, follow these steps:
Click the Groups tab on the left navigation bar. To scroll down, click the arrow button.
Click the Group Memberships icon. The Active Memberships page appears.
Select the group in which you would like to create a new project. The Group homepage appears.
Click the Shared Tasks button. The Shared Tasks page appears.
Click the new project button at the top of the page.
The Create New Project page appears.
On this page, enter the following information, then click the Create Project button:
Subject |
Type the subject name for the project. |
Description |
Type general information about the project or any other relevant information in this area. |
Start Date |
Assign a start date by choosing the month, day and year. If you don't want to assign a start date, you can check the box that says 'no start date' |
Due Date |
Assign a due date by choosing the month, day and year. If you don't want to assign a due date, you can check the box that says 'no due date' |
Status |
This is a drop down field where you can select one of the following choices:

Priority |
You can set the priority for the project here. You can set it as:

Completed |
Select this check box to set the status of the project to 'finished' once it is complete. |
