Modify an Event

The Modify Event page allows you to modify any or all the information associated with a particular event after the creation of an event. Users can change the particulars associated with an event like the location, date, and time.

Usage Guidelines

To modify an event, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Groups tab on the left navigation bar.

  2. Click the Group Memberships icon. The Active Memberships page appears.

  3. Select the group in which you would like to modify an event. The Group homepage appears.

  4. Click on the Shared Calendar icon. The Shared Calendar page appears.

  5. In the Monthly/weekly/Daily view page of the calendar, click the event you wish to modify. The Modify Event page appears.

  6. Change the field(s) you want to modify, then click the Modify Event button at the bottom of the page.

  7. The page refreshes and the Shared Calendar page appears. If you move the mouse over the modified event the help reflects the modified changes.
