Modify a Recurring Event

The Modify Recurring event action allows you to modify the particulars of previously created recurring event.

Usage Guidelines

To modify a recurring event, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Groups tab on the left navigation bar.

  2. Click the Group Memberships icon. The Active Memberships page appears.

  3. Select the group in which you would like to create a new event. The Group homepage appears.

  4. Click on the Shared Calendar icon. The Shared Calendar page appears.

  5. In the Monthly/weekly/Daily view page of the calendar, click the event you wish to modify. The Modify Event page appears. If the event you clicked is a recurring event, text is displayed identifying the event as a recurring event.

  6. If you want to edit the recurrence properties associated with the event, click the Edit Recurrence Properties button. The Schedule a repeating event page appears.

  7. Change the field(s) you want to modify, then click the Schedule Recurrence button at the bottom of the page.
