Messaging Window Preferences

In this section you can choose up to four email folders that will appear on the personal desktop.

Usage Guidelines

To access your messaging window preferences, follow these steps:

1. Click the Settings tab on the left navigation bar.

2. Click the desktop icon. The Desktop Preferences page appears.

3. In this area you can select your Messaging Window Preferences section by making a selection from the following four menus:

• Mailbox Folder A

• Mailbox Folder B

• Mailbox Folder C

• Mailbox Folder D

These choices will determine which folder summary information is shown on your desktop. You can choose from any of your folders and they will be added to your desktop along with a  summary of the unread messages and the total messages in the folder.
