You can save unfinished messages in the Drafts folder so you can send them at a later time.
To view all of your draft messages, click the Drafts folder. The messages appear in your Drafts view. View a message in this folder by clicking on it. Once you finish composing your draft mail message you can send it by clicking Send.
To help you locate your messages, you can sort your email by clicking on the column heading you want to sort them by. Refer to the table below for additional information.

You can sort your new and old messages. Click the New column heading to sort your new messages from your old messages. |

Click the To column heading to sort your messages in alphabetical order by your recipient's email address. |
Subject |
Click the Subject column heading to sort your messages in alphabetical order by the subject of the email. |
Date |
Click the Date column heading to sort your messages in numerical order from the date the message was received. |
Size |
Click the Size column heading to sort your messages in numerical order of the size of the message. |
Click the Select All button to select all the messages in the selected folder for a particular action, such as Mark as Read, Flag, Unflag, or Delete (to delete all your messages at once). | |
Click the Mark as Read button to mark any or all of the messages in the folder as being read. | |
Click the Mark as Unread button to mark any or all of the messages in the folder as being unread. | |
Click the Flag/Unflag button to place special emphasis on selected messages. | |
Click the Delete button to move messages to the Trash folder. To permanently delete messages, you must delete them from the Trash folder. When deleting messages from the Trash folder, you can opt for a confirmation message to appear before the deletion occurs. You can activate this setting in Mail Preferences. Use the Switch To button to move messages between folders. To move a message from one folder to another folder:
