Delete a Task

You can delete a task at any time using the Delete a task option. When you select Delete a task the task is deleted from the project and the task list.

Usage Guidelines

To delete a task:

1. From the My Tasks page, click the delete link of the task you want to modify.

Note:  All task deletions are immediate and permanent. You do not have the opportunity to retrieve a deleted task. By default, pressing the delete link deletes the item without any confirmation. You can change the settings of the delete button through the General Preferences topic of this help file.
