Add Event

You can add events to your calendar using the Add Event button. Once an event is added, you can view the subject, locations, start date, end date, duration, dates, and much more.

Usage Guidelines

To add an event to your calendar:

  1. From the My Calendar page, click the add event button. The Create New Event page appears.

  2. You can add the following information when you create a new event:

You can also, Create an Event, Create an Event and Add Another, and Schedule a Recurring Event by clicking the appropriate button near the bottom of the page.

Note:  If you decide to cancel the event when you are creating it, click the Back button located on the upper right corner of the screen to cancel the item.
 

Click this button to save all the information entered and create a single event.

Click this button to save the current event and add a new one.

Click this button to schedule an event that keeps occurring continuously at set time intervals.

Note: You can add an event to your personal calendar or your group calendars. However, events that you create in your personal calendar are not available in your group calendar and vice-versa.
