At HyperOffice, we are committed to delivering an application that sets the industry standard for useful and easy-to-use intranet software. Most of our customers, with a basic knowledge of the Internet and email, are up and running in minutes, and can easily navigate the application without needing to use the comprehensive online help engine or the friendly phone and email support.
But we understand that some customers may need a little extra help using HyperOffice, or understanding how to get the most out of their company intranet. That's why we offer a wide range of training options to choose from, covering everything from basic site access and email to site administration and customization. Free Customer Support |
Free Email & Phone Support
- All company customers have full access to FREE email and phone support, which we refer to as Standard Support. Please include in your email a thorough description of the technical issue you are having and when and how it occurs. Telephone Support is limited to one contact person per account. Additional contacts can be assigned for an additional fee of $50.00 per contact person per month.
- Standard Support requests will be answered within one business day (Monday-Friday 9:00am-8:00pm EST).

Help Engine
- The Help Engine gives you an easy-to-use "How-to-Guide" to personal, group, settings, and administrative functions of the HyperOffice application.
- Access the Help Engine from inside the HyperOffice application in the top right corner called "Help"

- Intuitive training modules covering a wide range of topics
- Available anytime and from anywhere
- Learn at your own pace on your own schedule

Privacy and security
HyperOffice employees must follow a strict policy on user privacy and security. Some regulations include:
- All HyperOffice employees must sign a strict non-disclosure agreement concerning user data. Violation of the agreement carries severe legal penalties.
- Passwords are never provided over the phone.
- Only select HyperOffice employees with top security access may access the physical servers, which house user data.

Generous Disk Storage |
Each HyperOffice account comes with 100MB of disk space per user. For example an account with 25 users will get a total of 2.5GB of disk space. A rate of $3/month is applied for each additional 100MB of disk space used.

Data Imports & Migration |
While most customers use one of the available tools in HyperOffice to synchronize data with Outlook or to import data from third party sources, some customers prefer to rely on our professional experts to help them with their data import/export requirements.
