Training Policies

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your training session, please contact training@hyperoffice.com or phone 301-255-0018 option 4, option 3, no later than two days prior to your training session. This will give us a chance to fill your reserved session with another customer. Communication must be received in the form of a phone call or email in order to cancel your session. Cancellation is permitted without penalty two days prior to the training date.

Late Cancellation
No show or late cancellation usually makes it impossible to fill your session with another customer. Therefore, HyperOffice will forfeit your fee for "no show" or late cancellation.
