To help you get the most out of HyperOffice, we offer a variety of professional services as well as ongoing support options.

Free Customer Support

Free Email & Phone Support

  • All company customers have full access to FREE email and phone support, which we refer to as Standard Support. Please include in your email a thorough description of the technical issue you are having and when and how it occurs.
  • Standard Support requests will be answered within one business day (Monday-Friday 9:00am-8:00pm EST).
  • Phone support: 1.301.255.0018, option 4, then option 3.

Help Engine

  • The Help Engine gives you an easy-to-use "How-to-Guide" to personal, group, settings, and administrative functions of the HyperOffice application.
  • Access the Help Engine from inside the HyperOffice application in the top right corner called "Help."
