Multiple levels of security are built into  HyperOffice including a robust permissioning system, continuous backups and  advanced spam and virus filtering.   


An important section of our customers – companies in healthcare and related  industries – have the enhanced requirement to comply with the Health Insurance  Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Under HIPAA, certain information about  a person’s health or health care services is classified as Protected Health  Information (PHI).


HyperOffice supports HIPAA compliance for these companies.   


HyperOffice customers who are subject to HIPAA and wish to use HyperOffice with  PHI must sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with HyperOffice.
