With multiple contractors and partners to interact with on projects, a hosted resource to manage these projects is essential. The system would require a calendar system to track dates and a project manager for tasks, as well as a document management system to collaborate on data.

HyperOffice is used within SCEA to manage documents with complete version control and connect those documents with the applicable tasks internally. This has enabled SCEA to enhance productivity among small project groups while allowing for contractor access should the project requires that additional level of interaction.
