HyperOffice is used within the marketing division of Siemens Energy and Automation as a means to automate the process for creating collateral such as client case studies. Using the publisher function of HyperOffice, Siemens was able to fully customize the design and layout of their portal in a manner consistent with their desired process. This process utilizes a fully integrated system including the document repository, project management tool and contact section. The approach provided by HyperOffice’s publisher function allowed for the administrator to completely customize the navigation of the portal for their users, creating an easy to use, yet robust solution.
